MobNetic Claw .MS

This mount works straight out of the box with MagSafe® or Qi2-compatible phones and cases (built into most newer iPhones and many iPhone/Android cases). If yours lacks MagSafe® / Qi2, add or enhance compatibility using the included Adhesive Mounting Ring or our FLEX Plate (sold separate).

Mob Armor uses a proprietary NeoCore Magnet Array, featuring device-safe magnets that are stronger than the baseline MagSafe® standard – in some cases, it can hold nearly 20x your devices weight. On top of this, our MagSafe®-compatible mounts meet all MagSafe® standards, meaning they will work seamlessly with any other MagSafe® accessory.

Standard Magnet mounts use a single neodymium magnet to mount any device, but require an Adhesive Device Plate for a secure hold. MagSafe®-compatible mounts feature our NeoCore Magnet Array, meeting MagSafe® standards to securely mount all MagSafe® and Qi2 devices straight out of the box.

There are zero tools required for installation. The claw is operated by a single hand-tightened built-in screw, holding its position after tightening.

Typically, yes – as long as the talons of the open claw can grasp opposing sides of the object, you can tighten it down to grab on to nearly any shape.

The claw can grip nearly anything from 1/4" to 2” thick. If you require mounting on larger areas, reach out to us – we may have alternative mounting solutions.

While not as versatile as our magnetic based housings, the claw mounts have a twist-lock ball tilt mechanism that allows for 360° device rotation, and up to 70 degrees device tilt. To adjust beyond this tilt, you will need to slightly loosen the claw to make adjustments.
