Return or Exchange Product
To initiate a return or exchange for a recent purchase, please complete the form below. In order to improve our products and our customer service, we please ask you to be as detailed as possible with feedback. Once submitted, a support representative will review your request and contact you with further instructions. Do not ship any products back to Mob Armor prior to receiving instructions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging.
- Shipping: The customer or original purchaser is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: For product exchanges, any applicable price differentials will be billed or refunded accordingly once the original item has been received and inspected at our facility.
Note - Mob Armor reserves the right to deny a return or exchange for any reason.
