Is the FLEX Case Cool made specifically for the iPhone® 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, or does it fit older iPhone® models as well?

Most iPhone models vary in size. This case is designed for the iPhone® 18 Pro or the iPhone® 18 Pro Max, however we have confirmed that it remains compatible with the iPhone® 17 Pro and Pro Max with no issue.

Is this case compatible with MagSafe® accessories and wireless chargers?

Yes, the FLEX Case is compatible with all MagSafe® accessories. It is designed with our NeoCore magnet array, which meets all MagSafe® standards and features higher-strength magnets for increased mounting stability and hold.

How much protection does this case offer?

The FLEX Case will protect from daily use and minor drops. It is not rated for water protection or dust protection, and it may not fully protect your phone from falls further than your normal use height.

Will my camera lenses be protected, or do I need to buy a separate camera lens protector?

The case features a raised rim around the camera bump for basic drop protection, however you will need our separate Lens Protector if you’d like full camera protection.

Will this case snap directly onto Mob Armor magnetic mounts out of the box, or do I need to attach an extra metal plate?

The FLEX Case will mount instantly with all Mob Armor MagSafe® phone mounts, like the MobNetic Maxx .MS, MobNetic SLIM, FLEX Charge 2, and more. If you require stronger MagSafe® mounting, you can always add our FLEX Plate (sold separate).

Does the case work with non-Mob Armor magnetic mounts and chargers?

Yes, you can use the FLEX Case with any of your favorite MagSafe® accessories, such as portable chargers, MagSafe® wallets, phone mounts, and more. Keep in mind, if a phone mount is non-MagSafe®, it may require a metal plate on the case that can block wireless charging.

Can I use a screen protector with this case?

The FLEX Case will work with most standard sized screen protectors.

Are the side buttons and charging port easy to access through the case?

Yes, all buttons are accessible on the FLEX Case. The lock button, volume buttons, and action button are covered with soft-press button covers, and the camera control button is exposed for full functionality. On the bottom of the case, the USB-C port, as well as the speaker and microphone are open for full functionality.

How does the cooling technology in the FLEX Case Cool work without built-in fans or batteries?

The FLEX Case uses a closed vapor chamber system as a heat exchanger. Built-in layers of thermal-transfer gel paired with heat-expelling airflow channels expel any excess heat from the phone, without any moving parts or replacement layers.

Will using this case help prevent my screen from dimming or my phone lagging during intensive use like gaming or long GPS navigation?

Thorough testing has shown the cooling technology helps delay thermal hardware throttling by lowering device temperatures by up to 10 degrees. External environmental factors can affect this – if your phone is in direct sunlight, near your car heater, etc., you may still experience performance drops.
