What warranty does Mob Armor offer?
MOB ARMOR PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Mob Armor and its affiliated companies worldwide (collectively “Solve-It!”) warranties its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (“Warranty Period”). Solve-It! does not warrant, and is not responsible for, products uses with the Mob Armor products, such as smartphones or other devices or attachments made by anyone other than Solve-It!. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Solve-It! product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Solve-It! will (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished Solve-It! product. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Solve-It! reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Except for the warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Solve-It! products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Solve-It! expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Solve-It! shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type, or otherwise, on any Solve-It! product. Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods is with the buyer, and the buyer assumes the entire cost of repair should the goods prove defective following their purchase. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, this limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Solve-It! product. FOR END USERS WHO ARE COVERED BY AN APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW OR REGULATION IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS TO THE END USER UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO OTHER RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE END USER UNDER SUCH LAWS OR REGULATIONS. SUCH BENEFITS MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT AND REMEDIES APPLICABLE IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL BE INTERPRETED UNDER THE LAWS OR REGULATIONS THAT APPLY TO THE END USER IN ANY STATE, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY AND ANY PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY THAT CONFLICTS WITH ANY SUCH END USER RIGHTS OR BENEFITS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO END USERS COVERED BY SUCH LAW OR REGULATION, SO THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY, OR MAY NOT FULLY APPLY, TO YOU.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by Solve-It! of this limited warranty, and Solve-It!’s sole and entire liability for such breach, is, at Solve-It!’s option, to repair or replace the defective product or, if the warranty claim is submitted during the first thirty (30) calendar days of the Warranty Period, refund the purchase price of the defective product. Solve-It! reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style to the product you returned under the limited warranty or a substitute equivalent to your original product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement or repaired products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY SECTION, EACH SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT IS PROVIDED SOLELY ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND SOLVE-IT! MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVE-IT! SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY AS SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO SUCH LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF APPLICABLE LAW SPECIFIES A MINIMUM WARRANTY PERIOD THAT IS LONGER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, THEN THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR SOLVE-IT! PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO SUCH APPLICABLE LAW SHALL BE CONFORMED TO THE MINIMUM PERIOD SO REQUIRED. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT, UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, SHALL SOLVE-IT!, ITS DISTRIBUTORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT, EVEN IF SOLVE-IT! HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SOLVE-IT! HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LAPTOPS, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE FOREGOING DEVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SOLVE-IT! AND ANY OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS AND/OR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOLVE-IT! PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx based on the chosen method. All free shipping orders are shipped via USPS and will take 2 - 8 business days. Free shipping applies to orders that will ship to a United States address only. UPS AND FedEx DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATED 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS (UPS does not guaranty 2-Day delivery). All orders usually ship within two business days of the original order (delays may occur due to COVID-19). All other expedited orders placed by 10:00 AM PST will ship the same business day. If an item or product is out of stock we will contact the customer and notify when the product will ship.
Return Policy
Customers have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. The product must be in new condition with original packaging or a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the return. Customers must also file a claim with the reason for the return at the top of this page to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Mob Armor. Once the returned item(s) is received we will inspect and refund the payment method used for the amount of the item(s) minus the shipping cost in the initial order.

Credit Card Processing All credit card transactions use multi-level authentication and billing information provided during checkout. No credit card information is store on our servers and cannot be used or accessed by anyone. All disputed charges are handled through our credit card merchant processor.
Paypal Processing All Paypal transactions will be authorized with the correct Paypal credentials of the account that is being billed. All disputed charges or misuse of any Paypal account will be handled through the Paypal Resolution Center
What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 is a California law that applies to companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a “right-to-know” law. Businesses are entitled to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65.
There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including electronic equipment, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as buildings, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
