What shipping services do you use?
We offer shipping worldwide via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 United States, and will ship via USPS.
When can I expect my order?
Free shipping can take between 2 and 8 business days, depending on where you’re located. All orders usually ship within two business days of your order being placed, but depending on inventory, can be longer. We will notify you of any delays.
What time is your shipping cutoff?
Expedited orders that are in stock and placed before 10:00AM PST will ship the same business day. Please contact us to ensure we have your product in stock ready to go for expedited shipping.
Why is expedited shipping unavailable for me?
Some addresses, both in and out of the United States, cannot be guaranteed for expedited services and therefore are listed as unavailable. Please contact us to see if other options may be available.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the product for a full refund. The product must be the original product purchased with original packaging and receipt.
What is the return process?
Please fill out the warranty form with the reason of “return” in the “reason for claim” text box. You will be assigned an RMA number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the return packaging. Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and refund the payment method, less original shipping costs. Click here for more information on returns.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you decide to return the product to us, you are responsible for all return shipping fees unless it is a warranty claim due to the product being defective. All warranty claims from outside of the United States are required to pay return shipping.
How long is your warranty period?
Most of our products are covered by the Mob Armor 3-Year Guarantee, while a select few are covered by a 1-Year Warranty.
What is covered by your warranty?
Our 3-Year Guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship within three years of purchase date. We are not responsible for, and do not cover any products used alongside ours that are not made by or purchased from Mob Armor, such as smartphones, devices, or additional attachments.
